Malachite is a stunning and eye-catching stone which could have been mined in Egypt as early as 4000 BC. Throughout history, many cultures have valued this stone, often using it to create protective amulets. Its vibrant colour is due to the presence of copper ore deposits.
Malachite is known for its potency. It is believed to absorb negative energies and facilitate transformation. Under its influence, life is experienced more intensely. It is said to elicit profound emotions, sever unwanted ties, and shatter obsolete patterns. It is also thought to diminish inhibitions while boosting intuition and insight.
