Sunstone is a joyful stone, instilling a “joie de vivre”, encouraging a good nature and heightening intuition. This stone brings light and energy and allows the real self to shine through. It is useful for removing “hooks” from other people who may be draining your energy. Keep Sunstone with you if you have trouble saying “No”. It can facilitate self-empowerment and help overcome procrastination. It can also act as an antidepressant and increase self-worth and confidence. It is said to be particularly good for providing help with Seasonal Affected Disorder.
